Volunteering and how you can help...

Traject Info

Rothar is a volunteer based community group. We have a team of around 15 volunteers who are central to our work promoting cycling and increasing bike recycling. The volunteer team run the shop, help with the Fix Your Own Bike sessions, dismantle non-repairable bikes, sort, save and stock salvaged parts, represent Rothar during events as well as a lot more besides! You have the opportunity to learn about bicycles, share experiences and a cup of tea!

The amount of volunteer help given is massive and we would not be the same without them. If you are interested in volunteering with us, Please contact us here for further information...

It should be noted that we are prepared to take on people that may not necessarily have an interest in bike mechanics, if you have skills in other areas and are keen to help us we may be able to find a role for you.
